The problem is these 30/40/50-something dudes think they're entitled to "marry" 14 year-olds, which is just gross.

On a brighter note, did you see the story about Dwayne Wade's daughter and his support for her? Curious on your thoughts there, if there's something the coverage is missing or if it is an actual positive story.

Marshfield is just about the bullseye on a WI state map. Used to date a woman from Spencer (which is total backwoods and near Marshfield). Marshfield is somewhat civilized compared to the rest of WI, but that's not saying much (Madison is excluded in this overall comparison).

Marshfield has a regional medical center that draws from a pretty large area, serving patients from as far south as northern Sauk County, where it has to compete with UW Hosp and Clinics. When you get north of the Dells (and east of Eau Claire and west of Fox valley), it's rural rural and quite different from even the rural areas southern and south central Wisconsin. It's just too far from Madison and Chicago to the south and Mpls to the North, and it's not like the driftless area of southwestern Wi, which attracts a lot of people from outside WI for its scenic and artistic qualities. A lot of southern and western Wisconsin is heavily forested, but the Marshfield area is not, and it is not on the Wisconsin River, unlike nearby Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids. it is not even the county seat. Unless you need medical care, there is not much reason to go there.

Except that. And I apologize for not explaining the toilets.

They have a migrant Minny population. That's why Marshfieldians and Marshfieldites (there's a difference) refer to them as M&M road cones.

Yeah we silly Minnesotans like to use toilets. Wisconsinites **** o the road (after they **** the dead deer next to the toilet) and Nodakers just pee in elevators :D That is why they have them even though most buildings dont even hit 3 stories ;)
