That will get you some generational wealth!
Yeah, but Alaska has a pretty ironclad "right to privacy" provision in the state constitution and a robust system judge selection system to keep nutjobs off the bench so I don't see any wacky rulings like that here anytime soon.

What is its judge selection system? Talking county/circuit trial judges or state appellate judges?

Saw a tweet where some posted a picture of a dozen eggs in the backseat of a car and said something like “Time to ride the carpool lane!” People need to start doing stuff like that.

Alaska uses a Missouri Plan merit selection system for judges and justices.[SUP][8][/SUP] The governor appoints a justice or judge from a list of qualified candidates submitted by the Alaska Judicial Council.[SUP][8][/SUP] The governor has 45 days from receipt of the list to make the appointment. All judges and justices in Alaska must stand for judicial retention elections (approval by the voters) on a nonpartisan ballot at the first statewide general election held more than three years after appointment (two for District Court judges), and periodically thereafter.[SUP][8][/SUP][SUP][7][/SUP] Magistrates are appointed by the presiding superior court judge of a judicial district.[SUP][4]

Former North Dakota Dem Senator Heidi Heitkamp gossiped on a recent podcast interview that MT-02 Congressman and former Montana GOP Senate candidate Matt Rosendale knocked up a 20 year-old staffer, which is why Trump endorsed his primary opponent and forced him to drop out of the Senate race.

He's denying it and threatening to sue Heitkamp, lmao. He's 63, so I'm sure his grandkids can help babysit the new bundle of joy.

While I don't doubt it happened, I highly doubt that is why Trump endorsed his opponent. That makes it sound like Trump understands how politics work.

Oh I'm 100% sure Trump approved of his predatory office tryst, so there was some other reason he chose to endorse Rosendale's opponent.
