Well, the DFL legalized marijuana.

oh-yeah-yeah.gif

BTW the limits are pretty high. 800 milligrams of edibles is a friggin lot! A gummy usually has 5 to 10 milligrams!

The important thing though above it all is the expunging of the records for prior convictions. Lots of people with misdemeanors on their record will have a heavy burden lifted from them. And a new board will be set up to review and hopefully expunge lesser felony charges as well. The Apartheid of the War on Drugs is finally being rectified.

Grand Haven, MI approved their first Pride festival.

The same people who have been up front about "if you don't like that this business won't serve gay folks, then don't go there" are acting like they're being forced to attend.

Damn hypocrites.

Well, it's Ottawa County so you get to see if Ottawa Impact figures out a way to throw a hissy fit.

I think I'm 99% sure I'm ok with any amount at home.

im still deeply divided on public usage.

My biggest qualm with any intoxicants in public is our collective inability to understand that we should not drive after having some drinks or taking in anything else. After that, especially when it comes to marijuana, is that I just want the smart people to figure how to make that **** smell like something pleasant, and doesn’t cause me to look around for the dead skunk.

It's the worst smell in the world, thank you for saying this.

NAACP issues a travel advisory for Florida, citing attempts to erase black history.

Trans activist Erin Reed, someone who keeps up to date maps on whether a state is safe for trans people, has coded FL as "do not travel."

Lazy clickbait article is lazy and full of click bait bad takes.

My top 10 would have maybe 5 of those on there.

Agreed. OH, PA, and Wisky are just odd choices. You can have a debate about the rest, but those are terrible choices when you have two Dakotas, two new hampshelawares, *gestures generally at the southeast*, Oklahoma (which is basically just oily Nebraska)...
