Geneseo-Posdam game is suspended!!

They will not be able to fix the ice today.

Shades of Cincinnati 1996 Frozen Four all over again.

They drilled through the piping, and it is spilling glycol out all over the ice. The fix will take too long.

No word on when the game will be resumed tomorrow.

Wow. Talk about embarrassing for Potsdam. Having to suspend a game mid-game due to a facilities issue. Not to mention, that sounds like something could prove to be an expensive fix.

And there is always the famous Pine Street Arena where yours truly scored his 1st hockey goal in his senior yr of college. Ok it was pickup but heck a goal is a goal.

So when people ask, I tell them I played hockey @ Clarkson (Intramurals)

Yeah, on their way to getting their butts handed to them by Geneseo and they buy themselves another day to review tape/make adjustments by having a "facilities issue?" This seems more egregious than Geneseo's violations last year. I say the Bears should be put on probation and barred from the playoffs.

Fredonia ppg, now 4-2 Oswego in the 3rd, and they stay on the pp another 1:30
