Atheists gunna hate.
Atheists gunna hate.
Mitchem, the Lincoln County chairman, had said in interviews in the weeks prior that only Christian prayers would be welcome at his meetings.
“I ain’t gonna have no new religion or pray to Allah or nothing like that,” Mitchem told WBTV, saying that anyone opposed to Christian prayer can “wait until we’re done praying.”
Pointing out the hate IS the hate.
(apparently)
As usual, you take an isolated circumstance and try to smear all sorts of people who have nothing to do with it. Just another day in Keplerland.
Stop trying. The likelihood of getting through to them is almost nil (miracles do happen).I still doubt 'positive' atheists exist...we certainly have never seen anything positive from them here. Your posts here in turn forces the one or two Christians who can handle all that negativity to defend Christianity. Rinse, repeat. So I'm just calling out the driver of the situation...atheism negativity. And anything having to do with faith is chum that brings it out.
So say the only Christians posts inferred just how much of angry jerks (equivalency of your 'dumb') atheists were by posting isolated extremist incidents. And its all they did, over and over again. Which is all atheists do here. The net outcome is not that others say...'gosh, these atheists have such amazing points', no they just leave because they don't want to be around such a constantly negative group.

Naw. Just calling out your less than savory tactics you commonly employ. But you've been doing it long enough I don't expect you to change or even recognize it necessarily.Defensive much?
I meant the link to speak specifically to the hypocrisy of that one idiot.
If you see some similarity, that's your deal.
Says one of the biggest meat cleaver wavers around here.I think you might be able to put away the meat cleaver if you read him.

You should read Charles Margrave Taylor's work. He has an extremely sophisticated understanding of atheism from a believer's point of view and I think you might be able to put away the meat cleaver if you read him.
For now, if you are actually writing to try to understand, it's not working -- you're not saying anything other than autobiography. You aren't so much making wrong statements (though you are) as making meaningless statements. Your comments just don't map to any reality that exists outside a very narrow, very self-protected personal shell.
We're out here. We're not the strawmen in your head. Come on out; you might learn something. You might even teach something -- but you never will if you just keep talking into your navel.
The only burden is your postings and their serial stereotyping and exaggeration. It'd be better if you were just obviously wacky to the left like some others around here instead of having a veneer of reasonableness.I had forgotten you decide what people mean and what their motives are.
That must be such a burden.
That has to very interesting for him. Religion can be very militant in sports like football.http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/13369076/houston-texans-arian-foster-goes-public-not-believing-god
Timely article for this thread.
