The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
I have no "dog" in any fight involving the Friars, but something is just not right in a world where the Providence College Friars are not part of any Hockey East and/or NCAA post-season. Seeing the Friars qualify for the Hockey East Tournament, beat UMass-Lowell, and then give Boston College all it could handle in the semifinals was like "deja-vu all over again". A strong and successful Friars Hockey program makes everything right in the world. It was like it was back in the mid-1990's where Providence took a "back seat" to no team. Continued success Friar-nation! Here is looking forward to what will invariably be a very successful 2012-2013 campaign!
I was wondering if anyone (Cav etc.) has any idea on what out of conference team might be coming to Schneider in the Fall or an idea on where the Friars might be visiting.
I did check the 12/13 schedules thread and didn't see the Friars listed on any schedule of opponents that I would have suspected PC might be playing next year.
I appreciate any opinions on next year's schedule.
