Hmmm....somebody must really like Utica. They split last weekend with M'Ville...and move up one? :confused:

They add in Oswego and add a RNK of 0-1-1 and move up? I'm confused (at first glance) at what the committee is looking at here....

Guess I'm not so crazy after all ;)

I am surprised BOTH Williams and Amherst aren't ranked. I thought at least one would be.

You're not crazy Prez, just biased like I am ! I'm banking on the fact that Plattsburgh will have a higher winning percentage, own the COP and H2H and let the chips fall where they may. IF those 3 criteria are in place and Norwich is chosen before Plattsburgh for a Pool C, then the backroom shenanigans will be called out !! Fair is fair. I don't see any reason why Norwich is ranked higher at this point, but we'll see.

Would not be the first time. There should be a "My team got screwed and here's why..." thread popping up any day now!

I NEVER underestimate the influence a certain ECAC East coach has on his peers.....you can see it setting up already.....the chess match has begun....."we'll keep Utica in there until they don't serve anymore purpose other than using up a spot"......"keep Williams & Amherst warming up in the bullpen"..."at the last moment we'll kick Umass Boston out"......"I will make sure I rank ahead of Plattsburgh & possibly Trinity so I get a one-and-in at home" ....oh yes, the dance has only begun to unfold !!!

lol..yea we could look at all these stats and what you need to be in the rankings, BUT there is ALWAYS the human element,thus the " my team got screwed thread" soon to follow..still not sold on Trinity,would like to see them play a Platty/Norwich type team and see if they are for real?? sooner or later I guess??

yeah, as we learned from Utica last year, you can't BS your way to the National Championship !! Eventually the good teams will find you. (Now I'll duck and cover from the Utica cyber-punches !!)
