I NEVER underestimate the influence a certain ECAC East coach has on his peers.....you can see it setting up already.....the chess match has begun....."we'll keep Utica in there until they don't serve anymore purpose other than using up a spot"......"keep Williams & Amherst warming up in the bullpen"..."at the last moment we'll kick Umass Boston out"......"I will make sure I rank ahead of Plattsburgh & possibly Trinity so I get a one-and-in at home" ....oh yes, the dance has only begun to unfold !!!

A certain ECAC EAST coach has only played 2 of the teams on the East Committee were a certain SUNYAC coach has played 4 of the teams. Who has the peer pressure!!

The Eastern Selection Committee teams has a total of 15 NCAA appearance...the West 24....take Middlebury out of the equation the East has 1...yes 1 NCAA appearance....maybe we should put people on the committee who have actually been in the NCAA's ?? Heenan must be bringing in a lot of donuts or some quality "Fish"-Fry to all his committee counterparts......

The Eastern Selection Committee teams has a total of 15 NCAA appearance...the West 24....take Middlebury out of the equation the East has 1...yes 1 NCAA appearance....maybe we should put people on the committee who have actually been in the NCAA's ?? Heenan must be bringing in a lot of donuts or some quality "Fish"-Fry to all his committee counterparts......

Heenan was in the Holland Farms Jellybun commercial a couple years back maybe he is trying to use up the lifetime supply they gave him for doing the commericial

They split there season series and St. Norbert also lost two other times, one to a team that won't win 8 games this season!!! someone out west let me know what I have clearly missed.

I had not even looked at either teams schedule, but WOW... for two teams in the same conference, how has one not played literally ANYONE and the other somehow has played every other team in the entire west who's ranked... I'm still a lot less than impressed with the loss to Lawrence, but if there ever was any way to argue a teams merits after such a pathetic loss, playing and beating/tied every ranked team in the west might just do it!

Let's throw everything else out. St. Norbert's beat Adrian 11-1 and outshot them by more than 2-1 in both head-to-head games. Should any team that looses 11-1 be ranked ahead of a team that beat them by that score? Yes, SNC has a loss to Lawrence, but they have beat Lawrence three times. Even the blind squirrel gets a nut occasionally. SNC also have a loss to Scholastica, but have two wins against them. It should also be noted that in those two losses (Lawrence and Scholastica) SNC played their freshman goalie. With 19 wins, Jacobson has just the one loss to Adrian.
