Oh I don't doubt it. Many of the best places to watch games are not the most aesthetically pleasing or even architecturally sound.

You just had to be there to kind of get what he is saying. The new place is wonderfull but you can never replace certain aspects of the old goggin.

I do know for one thing you could tell where the Redline was at the old place and where the circle was as well lol.

Yea bathroom was a bear, so was the concessions...brutal lol

I actually do remember late in one of the late Goggin years that there was something at center ice. It was small though, and they had two of them. One in each half of the circle, maybe 2 feet by 2 feet. It may have been an M, I honestly can't recall what it was, but there was something there...

I looked at old pictures and video. Against western in 2006 there were two small Hawks on either side of the red line. No "M", just a smaller version of what they had at the new building.

Oh yea, I do remember those Hawks at the old Goggin. So that settles it, just as I suspected, I have lost it.

Problem is he can't add a thing and he knows it. He has lots of issues, disgruntle hockey dad whos kid is garbage. Its ok, these trolls are fun. You should read around, he gets hammered worse than lindsey lohan....:eek:

Man good thing my father never had any expectations for me when it came to athletics. I try hard, that's what matters though right :-)

No offense to the hawk, but I definitely like the M. I will like it even more in person during a game.

I felt that brick and cement in the frame created a nice juxtaposition....;)

That little crevice was about the only place that you could even see the M with the glare so be nice!

I agree with you, now you can actually see where the center red line is and where the face off dot is....that was an issue. Not sure I like which direction it is facing. Think it should be facing the student section in ricoville and where Miami shoots twice, JMO.

frankly I am dissapointed you didn't make your way into the arena, :D that would of been a better shot. However I like how you included the bricks which is what makes Miami, Miami.

They were actually putting the ice down and there were some unfriendly looking maintenance people by the door, scared me off. I should slyly snap one when I take a tour group in there.

The M faces the cameras so when the U and FSN come to town you can read it. When ONN shows a game you'll just see a red blob on yellow ice though
