Doesn't someone on this board have "I love [goal] lamp" in their sig line? The WCHA account is the Brick Tamland of college hockey.
Doesn't someone on this board have "I love [goal] lamp" in their sig line?
If not, the WCHA needs to TM that comedy gold and make it their official slogan. The heck with that "Just got tougher..." marketing crud.
So what is the latest word on UAH and the WCHA? It would be nice to see the WCHA make some kind of schedule arrangement with them even if they don't want to talk membership at this time. It's the least we could do at this point.

The only bad thing is that you will get news that is five weeks old and after the fact. You know, @wchahockey started following me on Twitter. I guess that's the clearest sign that we're about to be the 10th member school.

How fitting! This post is a microcosm of the WCHA Twitter account! Late and already been said by many other people. The only bad thing is that you will get news that is five weeks old and after the fact.

Are you signalling for the Flying V?Stand up and flap your hands!
Lindenwood just made another step up in its transition to DII. Next year, they can start a DI men's program (already the top club team). Been any rumors on the WCHA having an interest?
As a real stretch, Minot State and Montana St-Billings, which are both in cities exploding in growth with cash flowing in the streets, have both indicated an interest in college hockey.
Invite them both, create three divisions of four teams each to minimize flights, and suddenly the Alaska problem is no longer a problem.
As for Lindenwood, the WCHA can let them join, but only if they bring Saint Louis University back in.
Does Lindenwood's ice sheet at their ice arena look like their football field?
