I spent 26 months in Europe, I have heard of them, I just woulder rather watch paint dry than to watch a soccer match. I feel the same way about baseball and basketball too.

Interesting, I would rather watch any sport live over watching it on television. Commercials have ruined sports especially football the flowing of the game is shot which is why I don't like to watch the game on tv as much anymore. It has become boring for me. Currently, I watch hockey and soccer because there are many similarities between both games. For example, the game flows, the build up or break out from the defense to the goal are similar l and many other examples. This post isn't what you wanted but oh well. ;) BTW, You Will Never Walk Alone ;)

Gotta love that WNBA. The good fundamentals make up for their inability to dunk.

I am actually excited to see the new league kick off. I think that once the kinks get worked out this is going to be a head knocker of a league. Sure it's sad the old WCHA is gone but once Wisconsin and Minnesota left the WCHA the league lost it's luster.
