It astounds me every time a Trumper bemoans Biden's "speech."

I'm always like "You heard the last guy speak, right? What made that more intelligible than Biden's?"
 
My understanding is that it was actually Trunty Rep. Lisa McClain who said that during the Saturday Klan rally in Macomb County. Not that any attempt was made to correct her, of course.

Charlie Spies, a longtime Republican election lawyer who contacted the AP at the request of Mowers' campaign, called the matter “silly." He said the double-voting was “at worst a gray area" of the law and “not the sort of issue anybody would spend time on.”​
