POTENTIALLY MASSIVE in light of what we know now:

In Oct 2021, CIA Counterintelligence sent a top secret cable warning an unusually number of confidential informants were being killed, captured, or compromised.

In Jan 2021, Trump stole documents on these kind of informants.

Add to that the number who died unnecessarily from covid due to his actions and inactions. What's the long term price of climate change back-peddling when the time window on needed steps is closing? And things could have been much worse if he'd had his say in all matters.

I like the people posting his old comments where he completely contradicts his whole point. He knows he has no chance to beat Kelly so he lies and tries to disparage him even his being an astronaut.

I will give him it was a nice pivot though and it is a sign (along with fundraising issues) that abortion is killing polling numbers for the GOP. We just need that to continue...

This is the more measured response to Lindsey's idiocy.

1/ Why would a US Senator say this? It's the classic threat of organized crime types against prosecutors. "Nice little ___ you've got there. Shame if anything happened to it." Republicans, who've done nothing meaningful, like impeach Trump, after 1-6, now openly condone violence?

2/ Is threatening violence if things don't go their way the new normal for the GOP? Would it work for BLM or groups protesting anti-abortion prosecutions too? Can the GOP also do this if they don't like future election outcomes? These are no longer just theoretical questions.
