Dump is a worse person and a stupider block of lead than Reagan, but so far he hasn't done anything like the damage Reagan did*. Dump has doomed a generation; Reagan set the US back a century.

This is such a typical response. You're handed the Presidency, you have control of both houses of Congress (in fact I think the D's had pretty large majorities at that time) and your response is always, "what could we have done?? We were dealt a crappy hand!" :rolleyes:

He’s defending Carter, not the democrats at the time.

Also, I’d consider the Saudis hiking oil prices to be a bummer of a hand.

My brother passed away at 7:15 PM today from leukemia. :( He was diagnosed last March.

I won't be around here much in the near future.
