The Countries: Forget it, Burkina Faso, Michigan is still the worst.

So how long will it take until we burn enough EU bridges that they won't help us when invaded by our new comrades. 2 years? 4?

I think we are pretty much there...
Yeah, it's already there. The bridges themselves aren't going to be destroyed, but the fractured EU is no longer a thing. Trump has driven the EU to become a far more united front and world power. It's not a collection of satellites anymore, they're clearing out their own orbit.

Again, this is probably better for the world long-term.

100%. Not great for us...but when we eventually excommunicate the Nazis (and this time there will be no Reconstruction...NO QUARTER!) we will have a lot of work to do but the world will be a better place.

Had a thought about this today after some discussion with Canadian people online.

This whole mess has to be a massive pyrrhic victory for the Heritage Foundation. Yeah Dump is in charge and they’re running roughshod over the country but they’ve basically lit on fire the decades of work they’ve been putting into other countries’ conservative parties. Like it’s a big secret that leaders in the UK and Canadian conservative parties have had links to the HF and they’ve been putting in work dismantling their governments as well. Only now, every single thing Dump does kneecaps every conservative party in any other country. At this point the Canadian Conservative Party has gone from a sure fire massive majority to probably lucky to have a hung parliament.

Sucks we get the full dildo but it seems other countries might be saved.

And the Conservatives in France (as I posted elsewhere) have basically said Trump is Nero (and Musk is trash) and they are done with him. Even Le Pen.

The best is going to be when the Heritage Foundation finds out the Oligarchs dont need them either. Sooner or later Musk will go his own way...he wont be able to stop himself.

Two months max. I really think we should take the opportunity to travel to Europe now because there’s a chance it might not be as easy or even possible in the near future. With everything going on, you never know when restrictions or other complications might come up, so it’s best to go while we still can. I’ve already talked to allegiant air customer service, and they were super helpful in answering my questions about flights, baggage policies, and any potential travel restrictions. Now, I’m just finalizing my plans and will be ordering tickets in the next few days.

Canadians know how to hold strong on a boycott.

There is no way Americans would endure the slightest inconvenience to make a point. Just another reason we're going to lose this trade war.

Lol. You're 100% correct. That's why I openly laughed at the "boycott Amazon/Everyone February 28th!" That was going around. Boy, making your purchases a day early or a day later is really gonna teach those greedy companies!

We're such a goddamned weak country we absolutely deserve to be wrecked.

Not entirely sure where to put it, but a Portuguese container ship hit a US tanker (part of the strategic fleet for the DOD) at full speed off the east coast of England.

The container ship was also carrying sodium cyanide. Both ships on fire.

Ah good, I was wondering when the ships would catch on fire, to go with the cars, planes, rockets, etc.

Luckily, the 14k I dumped into my Roth a few months ago was left in cash. Gonna go shopping tomorrow!

Luckily I haven’t lost much yet cause I knew this was coming. Cash plus tdf plus not many Individual stocks - I’m heavily into etfs

So…we’re pretty much back to the autumnal equinox. We’ve seen worse, but usually not because of deliberate actions taken by two of the smartest businessmen to have ever lived, so I’ve been told.

That wasn't what the point of the boycott was. It would not be feasible to do enough damage to a corporation in a short amount of time (outside Tesla) and everyone knew it.

Stuff like that is the opening salvo, a way to show we are still here and are organizing. It's a way to get people started and engaged...because the big fights come later.

Plus there is something to the idea of showing people how easy it is to go without. Breaking patterns and cycles allows people to see other ways. Forcing yourself to do something different makes adapting new dynamics easier.
