I did a search. There are rope swings that are unbelievable. There's one in New Zealand where they just drop you off a cliff. "Have fun."
I also found the single scariest ride I've ever seen. It's a 70 meter free fall (no line; just you) into a net. Inside a decommissioned cooling tower. In Soweto, so I'm sure the safety record is just excellent.
