When I was in Bulgaria, I saw a fair amount of swaztika tags the cities along with much more frequent soccer related tags -- for example, lots of "CSKA" tags in the city of Ruse.
CSKA is the pro team from Sofia --
Central Sports Club of the Army (
Bulgarian: Централен Спортен Клуб на Армията), and their fans leave their tag behind in other cities. Interestingly the use the latin alphabet for the CSKA tag instead of ЦСКА.).
Their soccer fans are known for being racist:
