The D-III belt has changed hands for the first time in I think about 22 years. A win or a tie means the rest of us get a shot at it. I can't bring myself to say words of encouragement, though.

Not quite, since 3/22/1997. Also Yale lost four Belts.

So if UAA and Kato win (knock on wood) we'd have an nWCHA belt unification next weekend and (knock on wood) UAA could potentially unify in January against Wisconsin.
