That looks like Part II. I agree that Part I should have been saved and although I am too lazy to look I think that I nominated it for the HoF. (If not, someone else did.)

Maybe someone should start a thread about the purge. It really made no sense to just delete every thread that was started more than two years earlier. That even included all of the threads in the HoF which Board clearly at one time thought were worth saving for posterity. The absurdity of the purge was discussed in the Lodge threads at the time that it happened.

that's too bad....I hadn't looked at that site in years, i have a lot of places bookmarked that looked interesting when i first found them that are in my 'meaning to get around to someday' bin....

Since you have a B1G Belt, why not a NCHC one?
I know you might consider starting iy with UND (WCHA Champion) or UMD (National Champion), but to avoid an argument, I suggest we start with Denver.:)

Actually that crossed my mind. IMO, UND would be the logical choice. I only started the B1G Belt because of all of the jokes about the BTHC.

That is the way it was done for the other leagues. In some cases there was more than one game the same day and since we did not know when each started and ended, each winner was given a Belt, and they were eventually united. That makes sense here too.

`This weekend St Cloud vs North Dakota will be the 1st game featuring NCHC teams.

Because the NCHCHHNCHNCHNCCNCHCHNCHNCHNCHCHHHCNCHH isn't a league yet. :D I know we don't have the BTHC yet, however, Ralph apparently started that as a joke. Plus, we used to have Big Ten champions crowned way back when.
