Everything I have seen appears to indicate they are real. USA Today, McPaper, ran a story about them and described the more ridiculous ones.

Also, let me just say that while she is of course a hateful moral and spiritual earwig, and her tats are out of the Sears Whore Catalog, her new tits are quite tasteful. Not too big, not too perky, they're... a refined upgrade.
