The Boy in the Striped Pajamas? I haven't seen it, but I don't think so. He was probably dead by the time of that movie. He was assassinated in 1942.

He was the father of the Holocaust. The Butcher of Prague. Hans Landa (Christoph Walz) mentions him in the speech at the opening of Inglorious Basterds.
