Re: The 2016-17 Schedules Thread

Any chance you can updated Minnesota. They play Boston College on Sunday Nov 27th, not Saturday Nov 26th.

Re: The 2016-17 Schedules Thread

Providence's schedule is almost complete. I would venture a guess Merrimack is either 4-5 Nov or 11-12 November; both are open. Perhaps also complete the weekend with BU where that one game already is?

Notre Dame's we could probably also predict: 27-28 January at Boston College, 4-5 Nov vs. UCONN. Obviously just wild guesses based on common open weekends where you would normally find league games.

UConn has already released its schedule

Notre Dame hosts UConn on October 27 and 28 (Thu/Fri due to football).

According to the Compton Family Ice Arena Website, Notre Dame hosts Boston College on December 10.

Re: The 2016-17 Schedules Thread

That's a little surprising, as I would have guessed 27-28 January as one of the choices, but 9-10 December was also a possibility. Are they splitting up the Holy War, and putting a BC home game at the weekend I mentioned perhaps? That would complete ND's schedule.

Re: The 2016-17 Schedules Thread

More predictions:

One game left for UVM, because the first game of the Friendship Four is treated as a league game. Looking at the schedules, 21 January makes the most sense, as it's one of the few dates they still have in common. 14 or 15 October is available, but very unlikely, as not only wouldn't they put a NC game so early normally, but UMA still has a couple NC slots to fill (but the only team they could probably play is USMA of West Point, as it's a safe bet one of the WCHA teams isn't going to travel nor will UMA go there, not to mention they're booked that weekend), and I would think it'd go there.

I have a feeling Sacred Heart will be left out in the cold for 1 NC game. Taking a look at what's left, Harvard, Princeton, BC, and UNH each have 1 NC game left as well. It's fairly certain Harvard will play BC (slight chance at UNH), and I would venture a guess UNH would play Princeton. Stranger things have happened, though.
