It certainly seemed like Eichel was out there every other shift after NU tied it. I wish HE kept TOI.
Maybe Quinn planned his line changes around them to double shift Eichel, that'd be brilliant if true/possible.

I have a higher opinion of him and think he can be an AHLer, but he was drafted by the Bruins while his dad worked in the front office. So take that FWIW.
I'm confused why Benning is NHL drafted. I've yet to see anything out of him that says pro.

I think it was his uncle who drafted him - then left for a job in Vancouver with the Canucks. The kid has improved this year. I believe he leads the nation in the useless category of "Most Assists by a Player Without a Goal" with 21 or 22.

Oh, is that what it is? Always thought they went with an abbreviated version of basketball's under 16, 12, 8, 4. That makes more sense now that you mention it.

To my eye, he was actually out there less than usual for him last night. Quinn rotated the 4th line in a bit more than usual, specifically in the early stages of the 1st and 2nd.

O'Regan definitely is interfered with in some capacity. Shot cuts out, but also looks like Eichel may have been hooked - that's what I thought the penalty was the whole time.

I had yet to see it in slo-mo so I wasn't sure before, but yes, he was interfered with getting to a puck in a grade A scoring area. It's a penalty, just some will argue whether it should be called or not.

Hockey East rule, apparently before the season coaches are given the option to decide whether there'll be mandated timeouts at under 12, 8, and 4 for all of their home games. This year Quinn elected to go with it. I don't know who else, if any, does as well.
Holy Cross has these same breaks and their games are only streamed

well, how many other times were there a player streaking right into the slot and awaiting a pass where said player was hooked between the legs and one lifted preventing him from gettting wood on the puck? how many times was that play let go in the first three periods?
