Maybe they've been using the official rankings page, and they just realized that they're using stats from 2011.

Respectfully I'll ask how you rate Norwich's body of work this season superior to Plattsburgh's. Black out the names and simply compare side-by-side. Does winning percentage and a head to head win mean anything? Very slim advantage for Norwich in RNK and L25 overcomes that? I know the SOS argument and I'm not even using COP. This is what I mean about some Norwich folks being so dismissive of a team that has at the very least, equal numbers. 3-3 in fact, with Plattsburgh owning two of the "big three".

It doesn't matter what I think. The way the committe was ranking Plattsburgh all along shows where the Cards' fit into the overall picture. Which was/is puzzling to me but it is what it is. Plattsburgh's L25 and losing in conference semis were their downfall

Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't the Cards ranked 1, 3, 7 in the NCAA rankings...something like that. I think you're going to see Trinity plummet like the Cards did last week (not that we'll know). I think Norwich's slight 3-3-0 vs 2-3-1 record vs. ranked and 4-2-1 vs. 4-3-0 isn't significant enough to overcome the WIN, H2H and COP. I think it was a costly loss for both Norwich and Trinity yesterday. We shall soon see just how costly.

Yep, that explains the delay: tournament selection has ground to a halt due to Taco Bell closing early on Sundays.

My guess is Trinity, but that is just a gut feeling. It really may come down to who is ranked in the secret rankings that the committee comes up with before they pick the Pool B and Pool C teams. Depending on how many teams are shuffled in and out of the rankings, the RNK metric could change drastically.
