It doesn't matter what I think. The way the committe was ranking Plattsburgh all along shows where the Cards' fit into the overall picture. Which was/is puzzling to me but it is what it is. Plattsburgh's L25 and losing in conference semis were their downfall
Correct me if I'm wrong, but weren't the Cards ranked 1, 3, 7 in the NCAA rankings...something like that. I think you're going to see Trinity plummet like the Cards did last week (not that we'll know). I think Norwich's slight 3-3-0 vs 2-3-1 record vs. ranked and 4-2-1 vs. 4-3-0 isn't significant enough to overcome the WIN, H2H and COP. I think it was a costly loss for both Norwich and Trinity yesterday. We shall soon see just how costly.

What did Plattsburgh do yesterday to improve their standing? I don't see Plattsburgh as any more in the mix than I see Utica getting Pool B. Once the committee has dropped you, you tend to stay dropped.
I was referring to Norwich's semi-final opponent Castleton. That's what I was drawing a comparison to. Playing Castleton or Oswego in your respective semi's. Had Norwich had the misfortune of playing a Oswego team in their semi's ,.... well you know.

Over the years I have had no problem conceding Norwich having a better team than Plattsburgh. This is not one of those years.
