The 2010 Winter Olympics Women's Ice Hockey Tournament

Re: The 2010 Winter Olympics Women's Ice Hockey Tournament

In the interst of fairness..why do you jump on every post between bbt and I? What are you.. his mother?
I had a specific issue and question as to your involvement with efforts to facilitate greater parity on the international stage for women's hockey. Just as you did for myself and others. You don't like anyone questioning you I guess, while you have no problem questioning others for details more specific regarding their contributions to that same objective.

He asked me a question, I answered it. I asked him a question he answered it. If you don't like what was said.... stay out of it.
This is a problem I have with many of your posts. If I have something to say, I will probably post it. You're frequently telling forum members what they should or shouldn't post. In the Brown threads for instance. Spare me the "stay out of it" command. You can post your disagreement, an opposing point of view, like anyone else, but your responses too often smack of an advocacy for censorship. You don't strike me as someone with an interest in fairness when it comes to opposing points of view...or even remotely tolerant. In the future you can save yourself some keystrokes by refraining from telling me that I shouldn't post.

Maybe I should follow your fine example set in any of the "Brown" threads where you clearly "stayed out of it" when you didn't like what was said.

What are you...Digits mother?

All this from the guy that, until cornered won't sign his negative reps.

Alas...I have been publicly reprimanded by the self proclaimed exalted ruler of the Women's Forum. Oh, the humiliation of it all.

If you had been following closley on the Brown thread you would know I'm not Digit's mother...of course I'm Coady's father.

I'll part from this thread knowing that you and a few others have your heads buried firmly in the sand.

Lead, follow or get out of the way...

Yep cornered while trying to hide. That's why I told you it was me.

On what matter is that specifically? I think I know where your head is buried too.

Re: The 2010 Winter Olympics Women's Ice Hockey Tournament

can we declare the sandbox officially closed and move on to hockey?

I just got word that the appearance on Ellen by Team USA is next Wednesday (March 10) not today, as originally reported. My apologies to anyone who saved the wrong show, but at least you didn't miss it:o

Sure no problem...looks like he bled out anyway.

BTW I think the hiring of Erlander at North Dakota will set back the Women's Swedish Olympic program by 10 years.

Re: The 2010 Winter Olympics Women's Ice Hockey Tournament

A friend sent me this, and I thought I would post for all of our Canadian friends:

The Hockey Prayer

"Our Father, who art in Canada, hockey be thy name. Thy will be done, GOLD will be WON, on ice as in the stands. Give us this day, our hockey sticks and forgive us our penalties, as we forgive those who crosscheck against us. Lead us not into elimination but deliver us to... VICTORY, in the name of the FANS, CANADA AND THE HOLY PUCK....AMEN
