What are they going to do with out all that stuff? Could we see them in practice jerseys?

I'd be more worried about goalie pads and playing in new skates than jerseys, I'm sure they can get new jerseys within a couple hours, breaking in the other new gear, not so much.

I hope the players have some "old skates" laying around the equipment room and/or their garages at home. That would SUCK to have to play at the highest level hockey has to offer on NEW SKATES. Same goes for Backstrom and his pads. Wow, just wow...
