Technology (Not Science)

I decided to test in-browser Gemini with a question for shits and giggles.

"Did Northwest Airlines ever serve Anchorage nonstop from Detroit?"

Gemini says:

Northwest Airlines did not operate nonstop flights from Detroit to Anchorage. The airline primarily focused on other routes and did not establish a direct service to Anchorage.

However, multiple first page search results say it was tried seasonally at least in the summer of 2003. In addition, it was commonly used as a stopover on TPAC flights to northern Asia in the 70s and 80s. So technically, WRONG!

Didn't need Gemini for that. I could've told you that they did.
