Canada is due for a [insert name of Atlantic Hockey team that wears purple here] type upset, right? :D

Watching the GB-Nor curling match (yes I know it is done and the result). This is an amazing game. The Nor Skip is not too bad :p

17-year old Emery Lehman finished 10th in the 10K speed skate, in only his 7th race at that distance. I admit my considerable bias here, but the kid shows tremendous promise.

Amazing for a kid that age. That is a tough lung-burning, jelly leg-making race.

Ligety just set an incredibly high bar in GS. Several contenders have already run, yet Ligety goes -1.3+ seconds. His race to lose now.

Valiant effort by Slovenia, however they have faded fast in the 3rd. Clearly exhausted, as Sweden has put 3 more in this period. 4-0 SWE with 8 minutes to play.

Heck of a showing by Slovenia in their 1st appearance in Men's Hockey.

Judging by Kovalchuk's reaction after the first goal of RUS-FIN, the Russians are starting to take these seriously.

But they still got Suomi-d. :) 2-1 FIN after 1. Here's hoping Rask makes it stand. 20 down, 40 to go.

Anyone notice how fast the red light went from on to off on Finland's 3rd goal?

I think you can stick a fork in Mother Russia.
