Final in Morrisville Plattsburgh 7.....Morrisville 1 Penalties Morrisville 19 for 38 minutes....Plattsburgh 5 for 10 minutes SOG Plattsburgh 56 Morrisville 16 I just hope Plattsburgh gets out of there tomorrow night with no injuries and no retaliation penalties. Morrisville is VERY undisciplined!! (and another win)

Hate to say it Prof, but Gorman's goal wasn't a PP. A great crash the net effort by Shane, but unfortunately, our power play seems powerless. You are right, they spend more time setting up and passing. I was hoping that last season's PP had graduated with the seniors, but apparently the PP continues to have failing grades. But I don't want to take away anything from St. A's, they played a very good game and didn't run out of gas against the Cadets. Their goalie was outstanding and their forecheck really challenged the Cadets for the first time this season. McShane has got to do something new with power play.

Here is a concerning trend for the Statesmen...in each of their four ties this year, they have had significantly outshot their opponent...

That is a combined total of 177 vs 97 in SOG in the games they tied. Hobart has got to find a way to take advantage of their chances or their NCAA tourney chances are going to slip away before they know it.
And don't get me started on their PP...they have given up as many goals as they have scored on their PP this year. In the game tonight, two of the three Utica goals came on Hobart's OWN PP...OUCH!!!
