Yep, there is definitely an app for justin.tv. I have it. And it works wonderfully on my iPod Touch as long as I have a wireless connection nearby. :D

Although I have yet to see a regular season SCSU game on there. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong spots.

As to it's legality, if you've ever tried to watch D1 College Football, NFL, MLB, NHL, or NBA, they will always read the disclaimer..."blah blah blah, retransmission is prohibited blah blah blah." I've been watching NFL games before at work on one of the justin.tv broadcasts and it will just stop. I'll refresh the page and it will say something like "This account has been suspended". So for the bigger pro leagues and bigger NCAA sports, sometimes it's tough to find a game you want.
