The question as I saw it put us whether five SCOTUS judges are ok with civil war. Because I don't think Roberts is. But my question is who he can manage to drag across the aisle. I think it has to be kavanaugh or Gorsuch. Kav being the most likely. One guy actually said Gorsuch just wants to watch the world burn. And I hadn't thought him it like that. So it might be down to Kav
 
And make no mistake, if they rule that states can arrest people in other states for abortion or that red states can just overturn the election, that's what we'll get.
 
The amount of chaos (not to mention a Civil War) that ruling states can arrest people for abortions in other states would cause is immeasurable. That would be the beginning (well into the beginning actually) of the dissolution of the United States as a Federal Entity.
