Not even. Among the countries with habeas corpus protections: the entire Anglosphere, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, India, Pakistan, Malaysia.

I don't see the Civilized Nations (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Benelux) explicitly on the list but that's probably because they have something even stronger.

We're not even the 40th free-est country in the world anymore. All our mechanisms are hundreds of years old and we haven't advanced since.

Reboot it without the orcs. Jefferson would be aghast we haven't had a Third Republic by now. The First only lasted 22 years. The Second is a senile 246.

The term “Ken” absolutely exists and is frequently used among younger demographics.

(Not trying to defend the original comment, just pointing out some facts)

Well, I'm basically a cranky 70-year-old in a 35-year-old's body, so that probably explains why I don't know all the terminology the youngsters are using. Get off my lawn!

My parents interrogated me at the dinner table every night about school, and wonder why I don't voluntarily share things except for major life events with them to this day.
 
Man it sounds like the GOP didn't get the memo that they don't need to make themselves like prices they gain zilch from it. The Faux soundbites won't help them and you don't win the middle by browbeating a highly qualified Black Judge on TV.

And they also should probably be informed that we all k own what they want to say when they bring up CRT to the Black Lady...
