Trump and his cronies dont hide what they are. There is no excuse. This is not a case of "joining the Klan because they control the machine" this is going against what the job stands for for political gain. That isnt me. Yep. You don’t need to scrutinize a Trump political nominee for his or her positions. The first quality to scrutinize would be whether or not they show good judgment. That’s a definite ‘no’ if they accepted a political job in his admin.

Any other republican and you can at least check ‘maybe’ on the judgment question.

Maybe Susan Collins can go talk to him again and assure the nation (after getting her hair done so she looks nice on camera!) that Kavanaugh is a good dude who would do nothing of the sort.

If only we have a federal investigative bureau who could be tasked with looking into such allegations. They dont even need to leave their offices people seem to be wanting to talk to them. One day maybe we will have something of the sort...

Someone needs to compile a summary of the days when Trump did not say something that was either a flat out lie or incredibly stupid.

Something for Rs to hold on to heading to next fall. Who knows, he might add a day or two, making their case even better.

The influencing of his opinions happened when Kennedy stepped down, he has no explanation for his financial statements, and the republican senate and White House made sure as much as possible stayed hidden

Sure he does...notice how everyone seems to do what he says. The FBI, despite supposedly rigging the election for Hillary, has basically decided what he and his cronies say goes.

The rules no longer apply...they all do what he says. See also: The Senate, DHS...etc.
