CNN has the author of an upcoming Roberts biography on and she is saying that Roberts is worried about how this will taint the Court and how Roberts knows the DC party scene.

Honestly, what is killing the prosecutor is that every time Ford misspeaks or or thinks she needs to clarify Ford does it right away. The Prosecutor wants to be able to jump on that, to find holes and attack them. Ford does it before she has a chance to and then boom...5 minutes up. It is very interesting to watch.

Or there's just nothing to attack? Look, its entirely possible the prosecutor 1) doesn't really want to be here either, and 2) Isn't putting working as an agent on behalf of the GOP's political agenda over her own credibility.

That has been the key to everything. She does not want to lie and she corrects herself and clarifies everything.

Agreed. Its a total disaster thus far and I stand by my earlier point that the GOP hoped like hell it was never going to come to this. On more minor points than this Kavanaugh has been shown to be a liar. Why is it a leap that he's lie about this too? He's going to get creamed by the Dems when its his turn, provided his nomination isn't pulled before then.

Fox News host Chris Wallace said Thursday that two of his daughters revealed in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh that they endured previously undisclosed incidents when they were in high school.

Wallace said his daughters brought up their experiences as the family was discussing the allegations against Kavanaugh over email.

"[They] hadn’t told their parents, I don’t know if they told their friends. Certainly had never reported it to police," Wallace said on Fox News during coverage of a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing with Kavanaugh and one of his accusers, Christine Blasey Ford.

Grassley is now sick and tired of Democrats asking for an FBI investigation and is mad and iterating that his staff did the necessary investigation. Amy piped up and reminded the chairman out of order that George Bush Sr. had the FBI reopen the background check on Thomas.

I read an interesting profile on her. Which made me wonder why the GOP even picked her. Other than she is a registered Republican. But her friends and colleagues said that won't matter. Her credibility is more important to her.

This is a person who early in her career made it her life's mission to make sure sexual assault victims get justice. She specializes in those cases. She is very methodical in her preparation and court demeanor. She speaks to police forces and DA offices around the country on how to investigate and prosecute sexual assault cases.

It will be very, very interesting when she questions Kavanaugh...

What makes you think she'll question Kavanaugh? Why would the GOP senators give up their time to fellate him to let her go after him?

She's on the committee. She gets to question the witness. Democrats did not defer to Ms. Umbridge.
