I read the poly report. As I recall, the questions contained therein were essentially, Is your statement true? Is any part of your statement false?


Obviously there were other unrelated baseline questions.

She is very methodical in her preparation and court demeanor. She speaks to police forces and DA offices around the country on how to investigate and prosecute sexual assault cases.

It will be very, very interesting when she questions Kavanaugh...

I don't think she's doing the questioning, just asking the questions that the Repubs on the committee want her to ask.

I'm not sure what they're going to let her do there.

I find it interesting that every Republican Senator, even Flake, pussed out on the questioning.

Yes, on background checks, the FBI does not draw conclusions, or take a stance, on whether information gathered is valid or not. But they do gather information, that the lawmakers then use to form opinions and conclusions. That's what Biden is saying.


At least, with an FBI investigation, you have information to make the proper decisions. Without that information, you're just picking sides.

I heard a male prosecutor pundit on MSNBC call her the most credible witness he has ever seen.
