I'm talking theory. I'm not watching. Was there some testimony I'm missing for context?

The fact that he's filibustering questions should really be the end of it (should, not will). Doesnt mean he definitely did it, but certainly shows he's less credible than Ford.

Also said previously, he didn't recall any sort of party where he would have attended with Judge, PJ, and one other un-named boy.

There's two of the three right there, and who's to say one of these other boys listed on his calendar is the fourth boy Ford says was there? So, lying again.

Grassley is objecting to what Durbin asked Kavanaugh to do, which was to ask for an FBI investigation.

This is a ****ing joke.

That is what it seems the strategy is which again makes the decision easy for people like Flake and even Collins. Either you are a Trumper or not.

Trump screwed the Senate and they screwed him right back. Now it's either With Trump or Against Trump.

The strategy is clear now. Kavanaugh does not ask for the FBI to investigate and defers to the committee. Grassley blocks any sort of investigation from happening and pretends his clerks already handled it.

This is a sham.
