Graham has asked for the floor. Grassley is going off on Durbin saying he can ask for the FBI to investigate if he wants to. Graham is now questioning the witness.

This clearly is a Democratic conspiracy. They held the allegations back on purpose and this sham is a Democrat conspiracy.

Graham now says that once a rapist always a rapist. Thus, Kavanaugh is NOT GUILTY.

And now he's pleading for the voting yes for Kavanaugh.
