Gorsuch got through relatively fine. The key may be not selecting unqualified people who are going wacky on national TV

From his testimony to Feinstein's questioning he also believes that the committee does it's own investigating and that testimony in front of their committee is investigation.

So, he's either an idiot or misinformed.
