And so did Franken and he wasn't given one. And the circumstances are very similar. Not a Court of Law, political, etc.

Kavanaugh should already have been pulled.

No...What the hell kind of logic is that. If there is nothing there the investigation will clear him since it will find nothing. It's a slam dunk.

"Have you asked for the investigation of that 1994 homicide you pulled off?"


I can understand why he didn't, but, yeah, he probably should've said do it.

Then again, why isn't there a request for an investigation of a (no statute of limitations) assault in a Maryland county either? Or has that been filed.

Dumb question -- it's 3:00. When does Kavanaugh get on? How can they finish this before that vote tomorrow...?

Grassley for the third ****ing time is bringing up the witness statements denying knowledge of the party. Why does he have to do that over and over and over again? Shut the **** up.

Like Trump he just repeats the most recent thing he was told. No actual thoughts.
