Daniel Goldman on MSNBC. Look him up. Is not apologizing for all men in the United States for Lindsey Graham's horrible tantrum. It is something to listen to.

You have taken a polygraph. Judge Kavanaugh has not


You have called for the FBI to investigate this. Judge Kavanaugh has not.

Brett Kavanaugh testified that he couldn't remember speaking with anyone at a particular law firm, just six months ago. Not that he didn't do it, that he couldn't remember if he had or not.

Kavanaugh is going to regret going second. Dr. Ford wanted to go second but this was much better for her I think. And it was awful, I'm not saying it wasn't.

Harris and Klobuchar are going to hammer him with his own stuff. It's going to be epic.

Apparently, Mushroom Dick extremely pleased with Lyndsey's performance, says he needs more like that.

With respect to the number of questions on the polygraph -
It is pretty much standard operating procedure for polygraphs to be limited to just a couple questions, but it is also true that an extensive interview is done preceeding the test where all the pertinent facts and timelines are laid out. The polygraph then asks if the aforementioned interview/testimony was 100% truethful, if anything said was not true, if there is anything uncertain.
This is much more reliable than trying to scrutinize each line of testimony.

This is typically the accepted practice for accurate results.

Daniel Goldman saying right now on MSNBC that Kavanaugh would be a fool to go with the Trump playbook and come out firing. Should be interesting to see if the Judge can ever make a good witness. So far he's sucked at every hearing.
