Likely won't matter before the new guy is confirmed which will be before the elections.

So what happened here?

Court watchers have always said hat Kennedy was reluctant to rule against partisan gerrymandering until there was an objective means to measure it. We have that now.

Yet in multiple cases this session he sent them back and then turned in his robes.

Did he just decide to say “**** it, I’m old”? Is he sick? I’m just a bit lost over this.

Based on his nominatior and actual voting record, liberals never really should have trusted him at all. So maybe I’m just a little upset I got hoodwinked.

It was hate that elected Trump, Joe and worrying about things like the climate, children being stolen from their parents, inequality for minorities, etc, has never been for dramatic effect. Just stop.

But the die will already be cast. The Cons will control it wont matter who retires next. (and that will most likely be RBG or Breyer)

I think you need to retake math.
