Saturday January 30th Scores: A Whiteout in Oswego #4 vists #1

Re: Saturday January 30th Scores: A Whiteout in Oswego #4 vists #1

So Northland poured in 14 goals this weekend.

The end is nigh.

Re: Saturday January 30th Scores: A Whiteout in Oswego #4 vists #1

Colby @ Williams.

one of the better scoreless games until with less than 3 minutes left in the game, Evan Dugdale of Williams threw the puck at the net as he quickly turned around near the blue line. Ryan Young was able to tip the puck past the Colby goaltender and take a 1-0 lead. Williams added two empty net goals, as Colby was not able to amount any last second offence to make the game a 3-0 Williams win.

Both goaltenders played excellent and both teams had multiple point blank chances including some nicely executed plays to get guys alone in front of the net. All the shots were stopped by both goalies and the game stayed tied until the Williams goal late in the game.

Apparently Finlandia sent the Adrian-Finlandia results to collegehockeystats.net via dogsled. The results should be known, oh, sometime Tuesday morning.

Wesleyan 5

That's all I got.

Looks like a wild game. SOGs were 52-42 for Wesleyan.

Re: Saturday January 30th Scores: A Whiteout in Oswego #4 vists #1

It will be interesting to see the results of the Oswego/Plattsburgh game, and how it will reflect in the poll on Monday. IF Plattsburgh wins, would Norwich get more 1st place votes and take the lead? I am not sure we would take the lead, but we would at least take a few more votes. What does everyone else think? I am not sure Platty can do it, but because I use to live there, my allegiance tonight is with them. :o

Who cares? The NCAA poll is the only one that matters.

edit: 1-0 Lakers after 34 seconds

Why so negative tonight?

And for those who care, huge change in the scoring of tonights Norwich Babson game, Thomas did not get credit for the last goal. Scoring was as follows.

2nd period Forkey from Baker and Mulvey
Thomas from Carpino (the only one unchanged)
3rd period Forkey from Coon and Anderson

Great job guys, that was a very tough, competitive game. Way to go Wick:)

Is that it, you are a Laker's fan? May the best team win. Like I said in my post, I am not sure Platty can do it, but I am rooting for them.

Because it has much bearing on anything as a poll of which uniform my roomate's cat likes the most. :)

If you want to get into a discussion of how the eastern seedings will be affected by this game, that's another story. But the poll isn't worth worrying about.

I went to Oswego, but I'm a fan of the sport as a whole more than any one team.

And plattsburgh ties it up 4x4 after an oswego misplay.

Re: Saturday January 30th Scores: A Whiteout in Oswego #4 vists #1

plat 1
oswego 1
looks like 13:16 left in the 1st

watching it on Wtop

Re: Saturday January 30th Scores: A Whiteout in Oswego #4 vists #1

Is there any way to get full screen view off the WTOP feed? I'm no computer wizard so explain it to me simply. It's pretty pathetic watching that 3 x 4 inch screen.
