Losing to Geneseo in the last game of the regular season is the best thing that could have happened to Oswego.

Now they've got that burning their butts for the postseason run and they've been brought down out of the clouds that they are beatable.

I feel bad for the first SUNYAC playoff opponent. They are going to run into a ambush I think.

8 minutes into the mini-game, CSS and Superior in a scoreless tie.

The mini-game is a full 20 minutes. If the mini goes to OT, that is sudden death.

True. But that still doesn't take away from the original point the conference was a cluster**** and in most weeks you could flip a coin if the game didn't involve CSS and SNC.

Have you paid attention to the NCHA in the past 20 or so years, pretty much the same every year. Not so much a "clusterF" as you put it as closely matched teams battling it out every night.

Full intermission with full 20 minute OT periods.

NCHA record for mini-game OTs is four between Stevens Point and Mankato State back in '89 I think.

stout announcers just stated mini game over at CSS and still tied - sudden death!

You mean when Scholastica was winning single digit games a year and SNC was owning the whole conference?:)

these games may take all nite, I should be sleeping - we leave for Cabo in the morning............but I want to know who we're playing next weekend when we get back!!

Yeah, you're right. No one else in the NCHA has done much in the past 20 years, pretty one sided conference if you ask me.:rolleyes:
