Thought for sure this would be a thread started by Hot Ralph (6 wins this year). This is going to be tough-Union is a very disciplined and well constructed team. We just have to take it 20 minutes at a time. The first period is crucial. We just cannot give any excuse for the officials to become the focus of the game. We have had 3 unsuccessful shots at this team this year-there really should not be too many surprises. The coaches have to have this team prepared and adapt as the game goes on. Somehow they have to turn these games into the 3 games we had with them last year. Hopefully we can show that we are the team that played the most recent 5 games, and not the team they saw earlier this year. Go Red!!!

While it was an honest mistake ( I am not the best typist in the world), I will leave it as is. :p
Doc, I have always started threads when no one else seemed to want to. If it is not started by the time I get to my computer in the morning, I figure no one else wanted to take the loss.
I have had many wins doing this and I hope that this is just one more win. :)

No problem. I make more than my share of errors.

As to starting the thread, thanks. In my case, I didn't start it since I felt it was too close to my loss last Saturday.

Whatever. Their meme won't be changing for a while.

I would have started it, but I'm just not feeling Hawaii tonight. :( I better be wrong.

according to game cap in today's Troy Record; Zach Schroeder is doubtful with a shoulder injury.

I believe that's still from Game 2 of the CCT series, so not very new news (although I'm glad to hear it's getting a little better). I wouldn't expect much change from Game 3 of CCT.

Undoubtedly that was the injury. BTW, does anyone recall what caused the injury?

Hit from behind with 24 seconds left in the third period of game 2. Came back out for the first overtime then hasn't seen the ice since.

Turk-That kind of hit often leads to a shoulder separation. Those can vary from minor first degree to some really major problems. I hope this is just a minor incovenience and we get to see him play next weekend in AC.;)

update-just saw posted on another thread that the injury is a torn labrum. Even if it is only a minor tear, you take no chances. Season over. Sorry-he is going to have a nice career at RPI and would loved to have seen more of him this year.
