Conceivably, you could see seven-eight guys come in with 4-5 F, 2 D, and Dillion and you would have reasonable numbers without anyone leaving.

I wouldn't mind seeing 2 or 3 players off the team, but I don't expect it.

Certainly possible. There are some recruits who don't appear ready to me, but I am not sure how much a year will help, and I add that I have not seen them play, so I am not sure.

Still, Hulton said, neither goal was the fault of Storm netminder Alec Dillon, who had 27 saves. He and the power play kill kept Sioux Falls at bay.

On Saturday, the Fairbanks Ice Dogs lost to the Minnesota Wilderness 4-2. They trail in their best-of-five playoff series 2-0. (The remaining three games are at home for the FID.) Todd Burgess had no points or penalties. Jesper Öhrvall had two assists. Lonnie Clary had a roughing penalty. http://nahl.stats.pointstreak.com/boxscore.html?gameid=2661046

Lone Star not going with the goalie from last night (see Post #682 above). Didn’t seem to matter though. Have to feel good that they would have CF on the ice with the game on the line.

This isn't the first time that he has been on the ice at that time. Considering that he has not had that many points, he may be on the ice at such times more often than one notices just from the box score.

I had checked at the time that Gornall (a NDak recruit) completed his hat trick who the goalie was, and I was disappointed.

The #26 recruit actually performed very well in his previous playoff appearances and in the regular season.
