Prior to Saturday's clash with the Braehead Clan, player/coach Andrew Lord has named the 2015-16 Cardiff Devils captains. According to http://www.spotrac.com/nhl/vancouver-canucks/michael-zalewski/ his entry contract was for two years starting right after the RPI season ended in 2013-14 (evidently he bolted immediately following the season), and so this year he is an unrestricted free agent.

Only a late Nashville power-play goal prevented York from a perfect outing.
“I thought I did a pretty good job controlling what I could control, rebounds, things like that,” York said. “The one goal, it was too bad. I couldn’t pick it up. It just kind of fell off me, and the guy tapped it in. Overall, I was happy with it.”
York only faced nine shots while Wilcox saw 21. York said he’d rather those numbers were reversed.

Its great to hear that Luke is getting a chance somewhere, but where has he been while everyone else was in a training camp?
I hope he in not really going in as a forward, he is a defenseman and a good one. He would have much better chance at that position.
