I’m sure it was a great experience for Jimmy Devito but today the Caps made several cuts from Camp & Jimmy was one. Curious to see if he ends up in one of their minor league teams. Nothing yet........... Goaltender Adam Morrison, defenseman Dmitri Zaitsev, and forwards Robbie Baillargeon, Jimmy Devito, Tanner Jeannot, Kristian Marthinsen, Beck Malenstyn, Garrett Pilon, Damien Riat, Brendan Semchuk and Mark Simpson were all returned to their respective teams on Thursday. https://www.nhl.com/capitals/news/friday-brings-the-blues-to-town/c-291260140

Burgy assigned to Belleville (AHL) by Ottawa today......... They probably signed BP to the minimum, 660K, & he’ll report to Chicago of the AHL. This also gives them a somewhat proven NHL goal scorer who had his most success playing for current Vegas HC Gerard Gallant. BP is able to live in Chicago where he & his wife have a home. Plus, they were also expecting their 1st child, which may have already been born.

VEGAS (October 4, 2017) - Vegas Golden Knights General Manager George McPhee announced today, October 4, the team has signed forward Brandon Pirri to a two-way, one-year contract through the 2017-18 season worth an average annual value of $650,000 at the NHL level.
