Was hoping the Alb. Devs would’ve won tonight so Hershey & Eric B. would’ve come to town for the AHL East. Con. Finals but Alb. lost Game7 tonight to Toronto. In Hershey’s own Game7 Burgy had 2a (3rd Star) to lead them over WB/S. The newspaper article about game 7 noted that not only did Burgdoerfer have two assists and a +2 in the game, he also made a play that prevented what would almost certainly have been a winning goal for the Penguins with 30 seconds to play in the third period and the Bears' goalie out of position.

Good luck to Eric Burgdoerfer as Hershey defeated Toronto 4 games to 1 to advance to the Calder Cup Finals. Game 1 is Wed. vs Lake Erie (CBJ). Burgy was on the ice for all three Hershey goals in the series clincher and finished +2 for the game.

Not sure when that picture was taken, but evidently it was earlier in the series, since the Bears are wearing their home whites.
