Re: RPI Pick to Click 2017-18

Congratulations to RPI fan 4 life on going back to back for the weekly win, this time having the honor (and bonus point) all to himself!

Not that you all didn't earn points with the goalie pick you did make, but boy did you have the wrong night. Linden Marshall (no one) was the only RPI player worth a **** against Colgate, and Colton Point (no one) continued his national reign of terror with a shutout. If you really wanted to take a skater, defenseman Trevor Cosgrove (no one) put up a pair of assists for the Raiders.
On Saturday, Brady Wiffen (no one) potted the shorty (which really should be worth more) to lead RPI to their stunning upset of the other school that wears Red. Speaking of them, they only scored one goal and it was unassisted, so surprise surprise, Jared Feigl was the Cornell MVP. Also their goalie earned a quality start but I don't want to reward all of your bad behavior. You know who you are. (RPI fan 4 life, hawthr, FlagDUDE08)

It's the stupid "appease Harvard" weekend, so we only have the one game against Dartmouth (9-12-2) this week. It would be lovely if we could win that one game. Two wins in February; Can you imagine?

Picks must be in by 7:00 PM ET on Friday.

You may NOT choose the following players for these games:
RPI: Jacob Hayhurst, Evan Tironese, and Mike Prapavessis
Dartmouth: Corey Kalk, Matt Baker, and Tim Shoup

Re: RPI Pick to Click 2017-18

Congrats to me, hawthr, and FlagDUDE08 for breaking my table and winning the weekly bonus point.

Five eligible RPI skaters earned two PtC points in Friday's loss, but we only picked Jared Wilson (FlagDUDE08, hawthr) and Will Reilly (lugnut92), who each had an assist on Hayhurst's shorty in the second. Something happened across the ice that was a bit embarrassing, as we allowed two Dartmouth forwards to combine for 5 goals and 6 assists. Will Graber (3-2–5; lugnut92, vizoroo, Ralph Baer, hawthr) scored a natural hat trick and assisted on both of Shane Sellar's (2-4–6; FlagDUDE08, RPI fan 4 life) goals. Nuts.

It's the final regular season road trip of the year, as RPI will take the long bus ride down to not-actually-bad-any-more Princeton (11-11-3) followed by a trip to the worse-than-anyone-expected Quinnipiac (12-14-4). There's a decent chance that one of these games will be a preview for two weeks from now, so make sure to pay attention.

Picks must be in by 7:00 PM ET on Friday.

You may NOT choose the following players for these games:
RPI: Jacob Hayhurst, Evan Tironese, and Mike Prapavessis
Princeton: Max Véronneau, Ryan Kuffner, and Josh Teves
Quinnipiac: Odeen Tufto, Tanner MacMaster, and Chase Priskie
